The Cannery Music Hall is run by Fitzgerald Performing Arts INC, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. It is home to local and traveling performers on Friday and Saturday nights each week to bring entertainment. Such entertainment consist of live music, Theatre productions, jazz musicians, comedians, cultural dances, country and salsa led dance lessons, Murder Mystery Dinners, themed fundraisers, and more. The Cannery is equipped with its own bar run by The Dark Horse Tavern.
